He can be an elite runner. He still appears hurt and is not running enough.
I think that is the complaint that most have. He is best when the safeties have to spy him and can’t commit 100% on TA and also when his scrambling can kill the blitz.
If he is healthy right now it is clear that the coaches have reigned him in.
Straight up passing I like Baylor better. 100% healthy, I like Hall better.
It is clear we are seeing a different game plan with Hall right now than what we saw vs utah and ASU.

Yes the offense looks different when you are playing USF and Utah St. Two of the worst defenses in the entire country.
