(Putting on my flame suit) I don't see Stanford, Cal, Oregon, or Washington
joining the Big 12. If they go to the B1G or SEC, then the BIG12 needs the best of the rest from the PAC-12, and that's: Arizona State, Utah, and then a pick from the remaining: Colorado, Arizona, Washington State, Oregon State.
