Am I the only one that actually read the OP’s clarifying statements? The seating
was limited to a few sections…he didn’t have the whole stadium to choose from.
They wanted to sit in chairs not bleachers (how dare they).
He wasn’t the leader of his group, he followed his friend.
I don’t know, maybe there were still some other good seats left they could have chosen but seems like everyone jumped to conclusions pretty quickly
