They'd get a ton of boost in business, to be sure. Right now,
there isn't really a good way to know which doctor to pick because there aren't good ratings of the quality of the doctor available to consumers. So they end up picking their doctor based on superficial things like how convenient the office is, how nice is the front office, and do they run cool promotions and give away free stuff. If a clinic had on-site help with child care while you went to the doctor ... that'd cinch the deal for many parents, easily.
