Treat your doctor’s appointment seriously. There is nothing worse than a little hellion scouring the room for things he can destroy, hitting keyboards, and grabbing reflex hammers, all while he yells and screams. Your doctor is using <50% of his brain at that moment and just wants to get out of the room. I know it’s not always easy to find a place for your kids…but find a place for your kids.
