Try Jinja Bar and Bistro, located in Santa Fe and ABQ (north side). Great Asian Fusion, I recommend the Pad Thai or the Sashimi Tuna. Also, Del Charro in Santa Fe for a good selection including local flair. Their buffalo wings are awesome! And they make a great cherry Coke. Lastly, Andale! food truck makes a great burger, tortas, and street tacos. Run by a father/daughter team, they are the best! If you're pressed for time, Whataburger on Osuna in ABQ is a good meal. (Double meat whataburger, add green chile for the NM vibe.)
If you get a chance, visit "Keshi, the Zuni Connection" Santa Fe. It's a small shop showcasing Native art from the Zuni tribe, specializing in small mineral/stone carvings of animals unique to the tribe. Good place to pick up gifts at all price points. It's a place where some of the movie crowd likes to visit when they are in town filming. Brian May of Queen picked up a bolo tie from the shop, which he wore in the 2019 Golden Globes.
