I am not smart enough to know the answer to your question. But as someone who
is still on the upswing from debilitating depression, I wish we could have more conversations about it - even if some of them aren't politically correct. Of course, I think the world would be a much better place if everyone was like Jim Carrey's character on Liar, Liar where they had to tell the truth all the time. It would at least give us all a starting point instead of moving the goalposts all the time.

One of my big concerns about the way Covid was handled was it taught so many youth to avoid risk at all costs and be petrified at failure. The problem is everybody fails at somethign along the way or else they live a very unfulfilling life. Kids need to learn to fall down, pick themselves up, brush themselves off and get back to work. A lot of that mentality is gone. That could make the mental health crisis for today's teens much worse in the future.
