Social media has really only been a thing for ~15 years, so maybe something like this wouldn't have been noticed? I'm coming up empty though. Kaepernick's meltdown in front of the press culminating with the kneeling was worse. Maybe that mental fragility is the best comp. But even back then, most of the team was at least publicly behind Kaepernick. One thing for sure, they will be talking about Zach Wilson around NFL circles for many years to come.
