I do agree that understanding the culture is important, but it's not like he has no understanding of that. He has played and lived in Utah and recruited LDS kids before.

I honestly don't care who gets hired. I have zero preference one way or the other for any of these guys. I'd actually even prefer to go after an exceptional experienced FCS program coordinator if there are any out there that fit the bill. I am just opposed to having another inexperienced coordinator learning on the job, especially going into first year of big12 play.
