I suggested the other guys because they all have ties to BYU (which we know is important since they understand the culture) and all have higher level experience and results. I also suggested 'multiple' (there's that word again) options. Obviously, more will go into the selection process (e.g. their defensive philosophy, plan for defense at BYU, recruiting ability, etc) than just looking at their resume.
