Nobody bats 1000 in hiring, even our Lord.
For real though, the very best companies hope for a 50% success rate in hiring. I'm not coming after a guy if his/her hire goes south. I've had too many bad hires to judge. I hope people judge me by the law of averages for my team and the culture I've created that drives and attracts good talent.

I believe they graded as the #11 overall OL, taking into account both pass and run blocking assignments/responsibilities
