Also, the modification of your original question, which happened after my initial response, does change things a little bit. Making fun of Max for hating Utah seemed to be in good fun, and he rolled with it. Making fun of his addiction crossed the line, but even then, he didn't whine about it. He and others spun it into something positive. I think he's a great example of how to handle public criticism, warranted or otherwise, and I look up to him a lot for how he's handled things. You don't get to control what people say or do, but you can control how you react to it. I think that's an important lesson for all of us.

We're not making fun of the cheerleader personally. We don't know anything about him. I think it's great that he's that enthusiastic, and I think the clips of him are funny.
