eggs, I'd check for local people selling them. Hardest thing, it sounds like, would be keeping them supplied with fresh, non-frozen water. Chickens pretty much know how to keep themselves warm.

I don't think it would be necessarily hard to do what you're asking, just not sure you'd find it worth it.
