Have you tried 'forget this network' and then rejoin?
You may have to take it to Apple to get it checked out (appointment at the genius bar).. or have your IT guys do it.

On older (non-M1/M2) MacBooks it was super simple to replace a broken network card. But I don't think that's the case in the M1/M2 versions.

Another option would be to spend $15 on amazon for a USB WiFi adaptor.. If the USB adaptor works you know its the Macbook. If it has the same problem you know it's your Wifi/Mesh.
