If you’re not in a floodplain you’ll be fine for spring runoff.
If you’re anywhere near a river or the lake I’d be concerned, but if you’re on higher ground at all the snowmelt won’t impact you.
If your window wells are flooding you probably need to re-route your downspouts further away from your house. If water is coming in from the floor then a sump pump is in order.
