The racist program where the only qualification is don’t be white. Not, did you grow up actually disadvantaged? Does
your family live at or below the poverty line?
You can be a non white person from a high functional, well-to-do family and receive his scholarship over a white kid who grew up fatherless with a mother who’s addicted to drugs or alcohol and can barely feed her children.
