Funny thing is that PAC 12 and their hubris really bit them in the butt there. They could have snatched up an accretive property like BYU and likely would have been able to negotiate higher TV rights than B12, but the very school they shunned out of pure arrogance for years may end up a big part of the difference between a bigger B12 payout than p12 payout.
That is pure poetry right there. Pretty wild that BYU is worth around 70-75MM a year to the conference. That would likely put them third or fourth most valuable brand in P12 after departures.
