A big part of the delicious irony of the pending PAC implosion is the fact that adding BYU could've been the difference maker that helped the PAC survive and the Big12 fall apart.

Instead they decided to make a political statement in that, left BYU free to compete in covid year and then join the Big12, which they're now accusing of being the cause of the destruction of the PAC.

The market is now schooling the PAC on how much it likes PAC politics and obnoxious little bro yewts are burdened with the PAC albatross about their neck, dragging them back down to G5 status.
