I'm honestly appreciative of increased quantity
There's quality in the mix, but we've long had an outdated recruiting approach that no other P5 matches
Last season, BYU offered (per 247) offered 97 kids. And many of those didn't keep their offers (Amare Ary and Landen Chambers as clear examples)
I'm not saying to go as extreme as Utah, who offered 220 (43 WR alone)
But TCU offered 160
Oklahoma St offered 130
Ohio St offered 145
Georgia offered 240
