We have a company policy that you have to take at least 15 days off a year.
they track the unlimited PTO usage and get on you for not taking days off.

That's in addition to at least one 3 day weekend a month observed, the friday before every federal holiday off, Company shuts down for the opening weekend of March Madness, week between Christmas and NYE, etc.

Between that and wrapping up a 6 week chunk of paternity leave I'm at about 60 days off YTD.
