I agree that it's worse in Utah. I've been trying to talk my wife into moving to MT, ID, or WY for years. I browse
Zillow in those areas once in a while and think I'll find significantly better prices, but I always come away thinking it just isn't that much cheaper in those places - especially the more desirable areas. But I know there are a lot of factors at play.
