"judgement." What it does actually, is acknowledge that he should not necessarily be judged as a sexual predator, just because he was charged as such. But, I do have my opinions about his "fit" at BYU for various reasons. He was of course impressive as a player vs BYU, but his "cockiness" he demonstrated at times, despite overall not too stellar of shooting %'s overall, gives me pause as to his fit at BYU and the Bball culture they are trying to foster. So I stand by my comment that I far prefer Saunders and Hall for those character reasons.
Perhaps that's why people often hate this board - "judgement" by fellow CBer's as being a reason others "hate us."
