Happened to me when I returned from France two months ago. Those cameras
in Europe are pesky. I’ve had one from the NL as well. There is a simple way to pay it. I paid mine. It’s through an official .fr website from the French government. Do it. Google translate worked for me to know what to do, and the French government site translates to English.
