Apparently I was issued a traffic (camera) citation in France last week, just
received notification, but with limited information (supposedly more to follow). Have any of you dealt with this, or am I the only idiot among us? So am I now a fugitive? It concerns me because I know they have a certain affinity for the guillotine over there....
