Its not surprising... Utah had a strong year in the Pac-12 this year...

Being that many top teams were down this year, Utah enjoyed a good record, bowl season and some quality wins... This should be a very strong recruiting year for them... The question will be, when they are back to not being bowl eligible soon, will they still be able to recruit.
