As long as there's some group of people out there posting about you or your family you are probably going to want to read it. That's why posters have to be more careful.

As much as we beg and plead people to listen to why cougarboard is there or why they shouldn't read it, they will read it.

I don't mind criticisms of coaches or players at all. It's the outrageous attacks that we see sometimes on certain players by uneducated posters that just drives me up a wall. Whether or not other schools message boards do it or not, I hate people going after our own in an angry and offensive way.

I just want the board to change from "Riley's an arrogant jerk that cares more about his ego and getting people to hate Jake Heaps than he care about football, he sucks." To "Riley's aggressive, but seems divisive and doesn't have the arm strength."

Less vitriol and more substance.
