Just respond that you didnt work or live in Utah in 2010. I remember Utah
getting all snoopy when I moved out of state a long time ago thinking I needed to file Utah state returns for a year that I didnt work or live there. Just told them no.

IIRC, in Utah you have to file anyway, but you get a credit for any state taxes
