To me and I wish I could fix are people who go all in on hatred for BYU. I wish I could make it better. He's no doubt a good kid being driven my irrational emotions and I'm sure his wife is a good person too. And this gsme yesterday will be, as you say, a confirmation bias to fuel even more resentment for BYU. Unnecessary
