Your 5 year old will remember it, and your 15 year old will enjoy it.

I took my family a year ago. Our 3 year old still talks about it regularly.

The 15-year old will enjoy the bigger rides unless he'd rather be sitting in a room with his buddies playing on snapchat or Instagram and video games. And in that case, he wouldn't enjoy any vacation.
