Discipline, accountability, and a culture that requires what is necessary to be successful.
I am actually torn on this. I believe the Kalani is doing such damage that it will take several years to dig out of, but I also understand that two years for any head coach, especially in a place like BYU (mainly because of the missionary issue in the length of time it takes for recruits to get in place here), is not really enough time for a coach to get everything in place and run the program that he wants.
Thus I must concede that Kalani should get one more season.
