What I'm saying, is as I said succinctly in my last post, is that if we continue to lose then it won't matter if he's Polynesian or not, kids are not going to come here. This was completely independent of whether or not he should have been given another year.

Despite the fact that I think Kalani sitake is a horrible head coach, and is incapable of fixing the mess that he's created, I do believe he should at least get one more year so that he can either fix this or get fired so that we can move on to a coach that can do this job.

A coach should be judge simply on his merits and on his wins and losses. If the next year is even close 2 this year, and there are still the same problems that are going on this year with regards to culture, accountability and discipline; Kalani sitake should be fired.

No program should be held hostage because of some perceived slight. College football coaching is a brutal business. It is what it is and if certain people are going to get offended because they don't think a person got a fair shake, Even though three years should be enough time to determine whether or not that coach is competent or not, so be it. There is no raining with that person.
