One a typical burger meal & the other a chicken & berry salad. I let her choose one. Her eyes lit up at the salad and she acted sheepish for wanting it. She said it's so rare to ever have something with fresh veggies and was so grateful. That gave me pause too. How often do we stop and think of such a luxury as fresh produce?
