Both could have done it but chose different events instead
In Utah a student can only do 4 events. Amy Menlove won a National title in the pentathlon at BYU. I hope Meghan can do much the same in the events she pursues. I am not knocking Meghan. I am pointing out that Utah isn’t stocked with premier sprinters
