Admitted that the coaching staff underestimated the teams dicsipline. Mater of fact, they had a meeting the following Monday after the game against Hawaii to discuss the issues.
Yes, the coaching staff was way too relaxed with the team and should have known better.
Reason BYU did so well the first year was because of Hill, Williams and some stud defensive players. Those dudes willed BYU to 9 wins, not the coaches.
