BYU takes a percentage of a vendor's sales?
That's not right. BYU should charge a flat fee for a vendor to rent a space. Taking a percentage of profits seems heavy handed.

Something that bothered me at the BYU USU game. CupBop was sold out before halftime. Why do they not prepare properly

Same with the BBQ place at the southwest entrance.

Same with Wallabys in the Northwest corner and the Gyro place in the north end.

Noticed that too. A lot of the other places were packing up and leaving at half time. Ended up getting pulled pork.

Consider yourself lucky. When my wife and I got Cupbop at LES last year, both of us had the runs the next few days.

I'd be conservative with my food prep too if I were a vendor...

Would rather sell out than have extra. Plus there is limited space for storage

They're sort of like you.

I'm trying to convince them that we should start showing up on time. Since showing up late isn't working anymore.
