has changed a TON since I last lived here. There's a big Middle Eastern population now and everywhere I go it's Hispanic, Poly, Middle Eastern, Asian. Not to the extent of some places, but not all of Utah has the diversity level of, I don't know, Payson.
Denver is a little bit more diverse by the numbers. But you're in NYC. Hardly anything is going to compare after living there.
But if your wife is concerned about her quality of life based on the racial make-up around her, I don't know what to say. I don't know why it's something to "worry about."
Either way, it's a big city. Finding people "on your block" who look like you is basically your choice. You can find pockets of anything.
