With the exception of Atlanta, the others you have mentioned have robust and viable public transit alternatives. Rush hour is worse in those bigger cities, but you can conduct business better during the day. Denver’s traffic lacks logic. It is terrible planning. Boston has Seattle-like geographic limitations, but things still flow OK, in light of its terrible geography. Denver has no excuses, theirs could be fixed.
