I have no idea what was said, but "get on your knees" just doesn't even make sense in the context. Saying something like
"go ice your knees" sounds much more believable in that situation and I could see how Westbrook could mishear that.

There are at least connotations. It feels like a stretch, but definitely could have racial overtones.
