yup. Westbrook make makes more money than even most people sitting in the
expensive seats at Jazz games. It'd be one thing if it was a rich college booster shouting stuff at college athletes who receive no salary. But Westbrook is richer than most NBA fans.
WB misunderstanding or mis-hearing "Sit down and go ice your knees bro" seems far more likely than a fan saying "Get down on your knees".

There are at least connotations. It feels like a stretch, but definitely could have racial overtones.
