Now in all honestly I have heard a couple (maybe 2-3 out of more than 100 I've interviewed) talk about playing for a NY6 or playoff spot and acknowledging that is more likely to happen if BYU was in a P5 conference.

And I have talked to a handful of BYU recruits who ultimately chose not to come to BYU who cited one reason is playing for a P5 conference championship.

I would estimate that between 25-50% of the recruits I talk to (who sign with BYU) talk about how awesome BYU's schedules are.
