I know that’s not the question.
Cougarrr was asking if that meant a bad team had one great season and won a title or a good team had 15 really good seasons but didn’t win.
Raptors have not been a bad team for a while. They made playoffs several years in a row, finished first in the East in regular season before, but could not get past LeBron.
It all came together at the end.
Raptors were not like the Knicks or Suns coming out of nowhere and winning then going back to being the worst.
