Right, but I think the main point is you don't have the continuity and years
where you associate your team with those star players.
For example, look at Portland. Would the fans trade CJ McCollum + and get a piece for 1 year to win a championship, definitely, because they are Lillards team.
Would the fans trade Lillard to bring in a guy for 1 year to win a championship? I think that's a much tougher question to answer.
