Utah nowadays. Wasn’t always the case
Utes narrowed the rivalry at first by out scheming, out preparing, and out executing more-talented BYU teams. Whittingham was masterful at being able to slow down the BYU O.
Now Utah out recruits us pretty badly every year. They have better players and should win.
Doesn’t mean we have to lose. Utah is formulaic and rather predictable on O—the same thing BYU has often been. We essentially have to turn the tide in like manner that they did while returning our recruiting classes to at least the 40’s
