I'm definitely no expert (maybe Still Open will chime in), but I think it's in
RSR - that that image is all Oliver's handwriting.
Wouldn't be shocked - look at the "W"s - they all look the same.
I'm not sure how much it matters. I think it's fair to say they all attested to the statement that was printed in the original BOM Intro. When historians talk about them seeing only with their "spiritual eyes," they're basing that on subsequent interviews/statements.

A few innacuracies. Like the missionaries are at the mtc before learning where they are going on their missions.
