Proving a negative is easy: (1) Rudolph testifies he didn't say it; (2)
offensive lineman who would be within ear shot testify they did not hear Rudolph use a racial slur; (3) gather all available video and audio recordings, nothing comes up on the recordings; (4) Garrett never publicly stated that a slur was "whispered" to him by Rudolph just so Garrett could hear, and he only brings it up during his appeal, not in a public statement. All this proves that Rudolph did not utter a racial slur.

All these people saying you can't prove a negative likely are not lawyers. I prove negatives all the time in court.
