Not only is the guy on the hook for battery, he tried to destroy my reputation in an attempt to excuse his behavior. One offense was in the heat of the moment and can be excused with a sincere apology. But the other offense is an orchestrated attempt to destroy reputation. If I’m Rudolph I go after Garrett hard for both counts because he’s obviously not sorry and is willing to ruin my good name in an attempt to save himself.
