Same with Utah. Lower in Idaho and Montana. Thats stunning considering the doom and gloom that people, and models, were predicting 2-4 weeks ago. Its great news and I'm not pointing fingers or gloating, just that the trend is such that I hope plans are being promptly put together to get back to work and that the population in general can be resolute for a bit longer but still feel very optimistic.
