If you were doing a sidewalk or driveway, I would agree. But under a shed...
...it only needs to be square and reasonably flat, nobody will ever care how crappy your finishing job is.
How big is the shed? I suspect you will have a hard time finding a contractor willing to come out to form & pour a small pad.

17'X13' pad. Yeah, maybe I'll have to do it myself I just really don't want to.
