That's ~3 cubic yards, kind of a big pour for a first-timer.
Seems like you could probably handle the framing and prep work without a problem, and laying it down is pretty straightforward if you have a few guys, but that's a lot to finish if you have never done it before. Probably a good idea to see if a contractor will come in and help.
