OJ but portion control is important
One 8 ounce glass of OJ typically has about 22 grams of sugar, which is the same amount as 3-4 oranges.

And compared to whole oranges, it has little to no fiber. So having too much of it too often can cause insulin resistance and/or liver-related health issues, which, in turn, can contribute to obesity and diseases associated with metabolic syndrome.

It's best consumed in small quantities after a workout (when muscle and liver glycogen stores are relatively low) with a relatively high fiber meal.

It also matters how insulin sensitive the consumer is (for someone who is more insulin resistant, the Monster may actually be healthier).
